Return & Refund Policy

All items sold by Frog Pond Engravings LLC are custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason except manufacturing or shipping damage.

Eligible:

• The item arrives physically damaged or defective, or does not match the personalization/specifications you submitted at checkout.

Not eligible:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse

• Errors in the personalization text as submitted by the buyer

• Normal wear, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery

• Any reason not listed above

To submit a damage claim, email Contact@FrogPondEngravings.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Frog Pond Engravings LLC reviews each claim individually and, at its sole discretion, determines whether it qualifies and whether to offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Timelines

While we pride ourselves on timely production, we cannot control carrier delays. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Our standard processing time is three business days. Delivery usually takes two to six business days.
